Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then reverts to free behavior. We don't prorate partial months.
Refunds
If something went wrong — a failed check you were charged for, or a duplicate charge — contact support and we'll make it right. One-time expert reviews are refundable if we could not complete the review.
Billing problems
If a payment fails, we'll keep your account active during a short grace period and let you know. Update your payment method in the billing portal to avoid interruption.
