FraudRoom provides informational risk analysis to help you spot likely scams. By using FraudRoom you agree to these terms.

What FraudRoom is — and is not

• FraudRoom offers an automated, assisted second look at messages you forward. It does not guarantee detection of scams or that any message is safe.
• FraudRoom is not a legal, financial, banking, incident-response, or law-enforcement service.
• You must independently verify any money, account, or urgent request through official channels you already trust.

Consent to process forwarded content

By forwarding a message you authorize FraudRoom to process its content and metadata to produce a risk review. Forwarded messages may contain other people's information; you confirm you have a lawful basis to forward it for this purpose.

Family alerts

Family alerts are sent only where a protected person has consented to checks and alerts are enabled. Each protected email address requires its own confirmation.

Billing

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. On cancellation, service continues until the end of the paid period, then reverts to free behavior. One-time reviews are charged per message.

Acceptable use & suspension

We may rate-limit or suspend accounts for automated/abusive volume or misuse. See our Acceptable Use policy.

No warranties; limitation of liability

FraudRoom is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FraudRoom is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a risk review, missed scams, or false flags. Always verify independently.
